McLardy McShane breaks new ground in Tassie

McLardy McShane now has a presence across every state and territory of Australia with the unveiling of McLardy McShane Tasmania.

Following its first steps into the Northern Territory via its authorised representative network in late 2024, the Company now completes its national footprint with this next joint venture partnership.

The new Hobart-based operation will be spearheaded by native Tasmanian Tom Allwright.

The launch of McLardy McShane Tasmania at the start of the financial year follows a busy previous 12 months which saw the opening of the Company’s Yarra Valley, Brisbane and Stewart branches.

McLardy McShane Chief Growth Officer Nick McLardy said the move into Tasmania was an important decision for the Company.

“Tasmania has been a clear void in our network for some time now, so it’s very exciting to be announcing this new expansion,” McLardy said.

“More importantly though, we are delighted to be partnering with Tom in bringing McLardy McShane to Tassie.

“Since our first meeting with him, our team has been very confident Tom will be the ideal associate, with his great character and local knowledge.”

“What stood out to me straight away was how genuine the McLardy McShane team is about looking after their clients and giving back to the communities they’re part of,” Allwright said.

“That’s always been important to me, and it’s what made this such an easy decision.

“I’m really excited to launch McLardy McShane Tasmania and build something that not only serves local businesses but also makes a positive impact in our community.”
