Since joining the business in 2015, Nick has steadily progressed through key roles including Account Executive, Account Manager, and National Manager of Broking, before being appointed Chief Growth Officer in 2024 and CEO of MMIA in 2025.
With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Nick has played a pivotal role in expanding McLardy McShane’s joint venture partnerships and authorised representative network, contributing to the company’s impressive growth trajectory - now exceeding $800 million in annual gross written premium.
Nick is part of the second generation of leadership within the family-founded business, working alongside his siblings and continuing the legacy of values-driven service established by co-founders Don McLardy and Mike McShane. He is also a passionate advocate for community engagement, having helped raise nearly $3.5 million for charitable organisations including FightMND, the Reach Foundation, and Love Your Sister.
