McLardy McShane announces new-look leadership structure
McLardy McShane Group has unveiled a new-look executive structure at its Annual Group Conference in the Blue Mountains on Thursday.
Following extremely strong growth – which has seen more than 45 Authorised Representatives and seven Joint Venture Branches join the network over the past 12 months alone – McLardy McShane Group has announced new leaders for its two main entities.
McLardy McShane Partners (MMP) operates as the license-holding company, under which the Group’s 150-plus-strong AR Network operates across Australia.
Having played a key role in driving the Company’s evolution over the past decade, Meg Long will step into the MMP Chief Executive Officer role.
McLardy McShane Insurance Advisors (MMIA) is the nationwide insurance brokerage which consists of the Company’s 32 joint venture partnerships.
With over 10 years’ experience in senior roles within the Group, Nick McLardy will take over as the MMIA Chief Executive Officer.
Co-founders Don McLardy and Mike McShane will move into Executive Chairman and Executive Director roles respectively, as the Company continues to set the foundations for future expansion.
In making the announcement, outgoing CEO Don McLardy said:
“These two young professional leaders have helped us build a great company which is poised to have an even bigger industry presence in future years.
“It is only logical that they be given the chance to lead and build the next generation, and they have appointed quality executive teams around them to assist.
“The great culture and values that make the McLardy McShane Group so different will be preserved, and I am very excited to see what the next few years brings.”
