Vishal Kapoor

Vishal is the latest addition to the growing McLardy McShane team and has assumed the General Manager role in the business, responsible for team management, insurer relationships and client management.

He comes to the team with notable experience in all facets of the insurance industry particularly his unwavering dedication towards delivering exceptional client services. Throughout his esteemed career to date, he has worked as an underwriter with Ansvar insurance and leading insurance brokers including Willis & Freeman McMurrick (now AON).

Vishal is a talented people manager, having managed large teams and has also developed and launched new products into the market with impressive results.

Married with a son and a self-confessed sports nut, Vishal loves cricket and AFL and gets along to matches whenever he can, so he fits right into McLardy McShane!
