McLardy McShane & Associates was established in 2007, when independent insurance broking businesses, Don McLardy & Associates Pty Ltd and McShane Business Services Pty Ltd merged.

Since then, the business has grown remarkably. It now turns over $15 million in premium and as of January 2011 is an independent Australian Financial Services Licence holder and member of powerful Steadfast Group.

Well recognised as the industry’s best brokers, McLardy McShane’s four directors have combined their knowledge and skills developed from over 80 years in the broking business to form a winning team with a dedicated support crew of 20 staff over four locations.

As an authorised representative of Millennium3 Financial Services Pty Ltd, McLardy McShane also offers a comprehensive financial services division, McLardy McShane Financial Services, which specialise in Life Insurance, Income Protection, Key Man Covers, and Personal and Corporate Superannuation.
